寧波雅戈爾國際貿易運輸有限公司成立于2000年，注冊資本3000萬元，是雅戈

爾集團和寧波市規模最大的專業外貿集團中基寧波集團股份有限公司旗下的一家綜

合性流通企業，業務范圍涵蓋貿易和貨運兩大類。主要經營機械設備、醫藥原料、

化工產品、農藥化肥、消費品等出口業務以及燃料油、石化產品（乙烯等）、鐵礦

石、精煉銅、醫療設備、非食用油等進口業務。

從國際貨運代理到外貿進出口交易，公司務實創新、銳意進取，依托雅戈爾集

如今，公司進出口貿易實現從代理進出口向工貿結合的結構性升級，外貿業務

向多方位、多領域開拓，業務范圍不斷拓展，業務方向逐漸專業化。2021年出口報

關累計金額達到2.6億美元，進口報關累計金額達到1.7億美元。公司全年累計銷售

額達到67.2億元。

Ningbo Youngor International Trade & Transportation Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 with a registered capital of 30 million Yuan. It is a comprehensive trade supply chain enterprise under Youngor Group and China-Base Ningbo Group Co., Ltd (CBNB), the largest professional foreign trade group in Ningbo.

Its business scope covers international trade and international freight transportation.

The main business includes export of machinery and equipment, pharmaceutical raw materials, chemical products, pesticide and fertilizer, consumer goods etc; and import of fuel oil, petrochemical products (ethylene, etc.), iron ore, refined copper, medical equipment, non edible oil etc.

In 2021, the total value of Customs import and export declaration reached 430 million US dollars, of which, export value reached 260 million US dollars, and import value reached 170 million US dollars.

In the past 22 years, the company has made great efforts and finally made great progress.

We have no expectations and become the industry leader: In 2020, we became ranked 17^th among the top 100 international freight forwarders in China, 7^thof the private freight forwarders all over China, and 48^th of the top Air logistics forwarder.

The company's annual cumulative sales turnover reached 6.7 billion Yuan(equal to1.06 billion USD).
